The Zorex Fitness ZF-111 Double Twister is built for waist and core mobility training in both sitting and standing positions. Constructed from 2×2 inch square heavy duty MS pipe, this twister is designed as a unisex machine with a double handle setup, giving users a stable base to hold onto while rotating from either position.
Being able to switch between sitting and standing widens who can use the machine and how it fits into a routine, whether that’s a seated twist for lower back comfort or a standing twist for a fuller range of motion. The double handle design gives users something to hold for balance and control, making it approachable for a wide range of users looking to add rotational movement to their warm up or core routine.
The ZF-111 comes with a 2 inch thick sitting seat for added comfort during seated use, along with an anti skid floor protector to keep it stable during standing use. It has a maximum user weight capacity of 150kg, giving it more headroom than a standard standing only twister. A powder coated finish adds resistance against scratches and corrosion, and the unit comes in a black and red color combination.
Metro Sports supplies this double twister with genuine, quality checked fitness equipment and dedicated customer support. For anyone wanting both sitting and standing options for waist mobility work, the ZF-111 offers a comfortable, higher capacity alternative to the standard standing twister.
