CANCELLATION POLICY

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded.


CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

A processing fee equivalent to three percent (3%) of the total transaction value shall be deducted to cover banking and administrative charges, provided that:

  • The cancellation request is initiated by the customer/buyer; and
  • The order has not been dispatched from our facility.


This fee structure is non-negotiable and will be applied uniformly to all qualifying cancellations.


IN WHAT SCENARIOS DO WE ISSUE REFUNDS?

Refunds are issued by Metro Sports only when,

  • The order is canceled by the Customer before dispatch
  • The Order is canceled by Metro Sports
  • The customer returned a defective product and requested a refund

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING A PRODUCT?

Once we have received the defective / returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgment via SMS/email / phone

Refund policy

The refund process will begin 24 hours after you receive the product. The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 5 to 6 days.
