BUILD YOUR HYROX ZONES IN SIKKIM
Training at altitude builds serious fitness, and gyms in Gangtok can add functional zones to match. We supply sleds, turf, rowers, air bikes and strength stations for a HYROX style training area.

Altitude, Cold and Mountain Roads
Gangtok sits at around 1,600 metres and higher towns like Lachung get properly cold in winter. Cold stiffens treadmill belts and lubricant, and damp monsoon air is hard on steel. Warm the room before a long run, keep machines on rubber mats and cover them when idle. Deliveries come up the mountain highway from Siliguri, so we pack for the climb.
