The Zorex Fitness ZF-104 is a multi-functional strength training bench built for comprehensive home gym use. It’s constructed from 2×2 inch square heavy-duty MS pipe, giving it a sturdy, stable frame designed to handle a wide range of exercises and heavier loads.
The ZF-104 features an adjustable barbell rod height alongside an adjustable back rest that moves between incline, decline, and flat bench positions. This combination lets users fine-tune the setup for different exercises and body sizes, making the bench suitable for chest presses, shoulder work, core exercises, and more.
Beyond the adjustable bench itself, the ZF-104 comes as a multi bench with preacher, leg support, and weight storage. The preacher attachment supports isolated bicep curl movements, the leg support adds a station for leg extension or leg curl work, and the built-in weight storage keeps plates organized and within reach during a workout.
The bench comes with a comfy cushion 2-inch thick seat, finished in faux leather and powder coated for a clean, durable look. The foam rollers used are imported, reflecting attention to build quality even in the padded components that see repeated use.
The ZF-104 has a max user weight of 250kg, making it suitable for a wide range of users and heavier loading during workouts.
