The Zorex Fitness ZF-101 is an adjustable strength training bench built for home gym use. It’s constructed from 2×2 inch square heavy-duty MS pipe, giving it a sturdy, stable frame designed to handle regular strength training sessions.
The ZF-101 features multi-level adjustment, allowing the seat to move between incline, decline, and flat bench positions. This flexibility lets users switch between different angles depending on the exercise, making the bench suitable for chest presses, shoulder work, core exercises, and more, all from a single piece of equipment.
The bench comes with a comfy cushion 2-inch thick seat, finished in faux leather and powder coated for a clean, durable look. The foam rollers used are imported, reflecting a focus on build quality even in the padded components that see repeated use over time.
