A guided curl path isolates the hamstrings with constant tension through a full range, building and balancing the back of the thighs.
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Built to keep servicing low and reliability high through years of hard commercial use.
Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the AF-6148 ISO Lateral Leg Curl suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. The AF-6148 ISO Lateral Leg Curl is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: Why choose an iso-lateral leg curl?
Answer: An iso-lateral leg curl lets each leg work independently, so a stronger leg cannot carry a weaker one. This corrects hamstring imbalances, which matters for physique and injury prevention, and keeps constant tension on each hamstring through a full range.
Question: How much space does it need?
Answer: Confirm the exact footprint from the live product page. Machines vary in size, so measure the area and allow clearance for safe loading, unloading and use before installation.
Question: What warranty applies?
Answer: Full Aerofit manufacturer warranty applies, often with extended commercial coverage on the frame. Metro Sports is an authorized Aerofit dealer, so confirm exact terms from the live product page or by calling us. We handle delivery, installation and after-sales service across North India.
