The Aerofit AF-4930 ISO Lateral Leg Extension is a Defender Series plate-loaded leg extension machine built for commercial gyms. Independent arms drive a leg extension that isolates each quad through a full range. Loading standard weight plates on a heavy-duty frame, it delivers smooth, hard-wearing strength training for commercial gyms isolating the quads.
The leg extension is the go-to quad isolator. Independent movement means each leg works on its own, building even, balanced quads.
The Aerofit AF-4930 ISO Lateral Leg Extension is a plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Aerofit Defender Series. Independent arms drive a leg extension that isolates each quad through a full range. Each leg extends independently, keeping constant tension on the quads and correcting left-to-right imbalances. The Defender Series is Aerofit’s rugged plate-loaded line, built for hard commercial use. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Iso-Lateral Leg Movement
Each leg extends independently, so both quads work through a full range under their own load, correcting imbalances between the legs.
Quad Isolation
A guided extension path isolates the quadriceps with constant tension from stretch to full contraction, ideal for building and shaping the thighs.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Low-Maintenance Build
With no weight stack, cables or complex mechanisms to wear, the machine needs very little servicing and stays reliable over years of hard commercial use.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by simply adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the AF-4930 ISO Lateral Leg Extension suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. As part of the Aerofit Defender Series, the AF-4930 ISO Lateral Leg Extension is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: Why choose an iso-lateral leg extension?
Answer: An iso-lateral leg extension lets each leg work independently, so a stronger leg cannot carry a weaker one. This corrects imbalances, which matters for both physique and rehabilitation, and keeps constant tension on each quad through a full range of motion.
Question: Are weight plates included?
Answer: Plate-loaded machines are usually priced without plates, but this can vary. Confirm exactly what is included from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We can supply Olympic plates to go with the machine if needed.
Question: How much space does it need?
Answer: Confirm the exact footprint from the live product page. Plate-loaded machines vary in size, so measure the area and allow clearance for safe loading, unloading and use before installation.
Question: What warranty applies?
Answer: Full Aerofit manufacturer warranty applies, often with extended commercial coverage on the frame. Confirm exact terms from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We handle delivery, professional installation and direct after-sales service across North India.
