The Aerofit AF-4959 Incline Liner Row is a Defender Series plate-loaded row machine built for commercial gyms. It drives an incline linear row that loads the upper back along a guided line of pull. Loading standard weight plates on a heavy-duty frame, it delivers smooth, hard-wearing strength training for commercial gyms building the upper back.
An incline row with a guided linear path gives a clean, strong upper-back pull. The AF-4959 rounds out the Defender back line-up.
The Aerofit AF-4959 Incline Liner Row is a plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Aerofit Defender Series. It drives an incline linear row that loads the upper back along a guided line of pull. The incline, linear row path loads the upper back and lats through a controlled, guided contraction. The Defender Series is Aerofit’s rugged plate-loaded line, built for hard commercial use. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Incline Linear Row
A guided linear row on an incline loads the upper back and lats through a strong, controlled contraction with a clean line of pull.
Chest Support
A supportive chest pad isolates the back and protects the lower back during heavy rowing.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Low-Maintenance Build
With no weight stack, cables or complex mechanisms to wear, the machine needs very little servicing and stays reliable over years of hard commercial use.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by simply adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the AF-4959 Incline Liner Row suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. As part of the Aerofit Defender Series, the AF-4959 Incline Liner Row is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: What is an incline linear row?
Answer: An incline linear row guides the pull along a straight, fixed line on an incline, loading the upper back and lats with a clean, controlled contraction. The AF-4959 adds another back-training angle to the Defender line-up. Confirm the exact configuration from the live product page before advising a customer.
Question: Are weight plates included?
Answer: Plate-loaded machines are usually priced without plates, but this can vary. Confirm exactly what is included from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We can supply Olympic plates to go with the machine if needed.
Question: How much space does it need?
Answer: Confirm the exact footprint from the live product page. Plate-loaded machines vary in size, so measure the area and allow clearance for safe loading, unloading and use before installation.
Question: What warranty applies?
Answer: Full Aerofit manufacturer warranty applies, often with extended commercial coverage on the frame. Confirm exact terms from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We handle delivery, professional installation and direct after-sales service across North India.
