The Aerofit AF-4926 Lateral Super Incline Press is a Defender Series plate-loaded incline press machine built for commercial gyms. Independent arms drive a steep incline press that targets the upper chest and front delts. Loading standard weight plates on a heavy-duty frame, it delivers smooth, hard-wearing strength training for commercial gyms building the upper chest.
The super-incline angle nails the upper chest, the area most lifters lag in. The AF-4926 loads it with independent arms for balanced growth.
The Aerofit AF-4926 Lateral Super Incline Press is a plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Aerofit Defender Series. Independent arms drive a steep incline press that targets the upper chest and front delts. Each arm presses independently on a steep incline path, emphasising the upper chest and front deltoids through a full range. The Defender Series is Aerofit’s rugged plate-loaded line, built for hard commercial use. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Super Incline Angle
A steep incline press path emphasises the upper chest and front deltoids, developing the area most lifters find hardest to build.
Iso-Lateral Arms
Independent arms let each side press through its own range, building balanced upper-chest development and correcting imbalances.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Low-Maintenance Build
With no weight stack, cables or complex mechanisms to wear, the machine needs very little servicing and stays reliable over years of hard commercial use.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by simply adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the AF-4926 Lateral Super Incline Press suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. As part of the Aerofit Defender Series, the AF-4926 Lateral Super Incline Press is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: What does the AF-4926 target that a flat press does not?
Answer: The super incline angle shifts the emphasis to the upper chest and front deltoids, which a flat press works far less. Combined with independent iso-lateral arms, it builds balanced upper-chest development, a common weak point, through a full and controlled range.
Question: Are weight plates included?
Answer: Plate-loaded machines are usually priced without plates, but this can vary. Confirm exactly what is included from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We can supply Olympic plates to go with the machine if needed.
Question: How much space does it need?
Answer: Confirm the exact footprint from the live product page. Plate-loaded machines vary in size, so measure the area and allow clearance for safe loading, unloading and use before installation.
Question: What warranty applies?
Answer: Full Aerofit manufacturer warranty applies, often with extended commercial coverage on the frame. Confirm exact terms from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We handle delivery, professional installation and direct after-sales service across North India.
