The Zorex Fitness ZF-103 is a multi-functional adjustable bench built for versatile home strength training. It’s constructed from 2×2 inch square heavy-duty MS pipe, giving it a sturdy, stable frame designed to handle a wide range of exercises.
The ZF-103 features adjustable height along with an adjustable back rest that moves between incline, decline, and flat bench positions. This combination lets users fine-tune the setup to different exercises and body sizes, making the bench suitable for chest presses, shoulder work, core exercises, and more from a single piece of equipment.
Beyond the adjustable bench itself, the ZF-103 comes as a multi bench with leg support and weight storage. The leg support adds a station for leg extension or leg curl work, while the built-in weight storage helps keep plates organized and within reach during a workout.
The bench comes with a comfy cushion 2-inch thick seat, finished in faux leather and powder coated for a clean, durable look. The foam rollers used are imported, reflecting attention to build quality even in the padded components that see repeated use.
