The Everise Fitness Hack Squat Machine (IM8009) is a plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Everise Imperia Series. It drives a hack squat that loads the quads and glutes under a shoulder-supported sled. The guided hack squat path loads the quads and glutes heavily with the shoulders supported and the back braced. The Imperia Series is Everise Fitness’s commercial plate-loaded line, engineered for heavy gym use with a rugged, long-life build. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Guided Hack Squat
A shoulder-supported sled guides the squat, letting members load the quads and glutes heavily and safely without balancing a free barbell.
Reinforced Frame
A reinforced frame and sled handle heavy squat loads, staying stable and smooth under maximum weight.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Low-Maintenance Build
With no weight stack, cables or complex mechanisms to wear, the machine needs very little servicing and stays reliable over years of hard commercial use.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by simply adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the IM8009 Hack Squat Machine suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. As part of the Everise Imperia Series, the IM8009 Hack Squat Machine is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: What is a hack squat machine?
Answer: A hack squat guides a squat under a shoulder-supported sled at an angle, letting members load the quads and glutes heavily and safely without balancing a free barbell. It is one of the best guided quad builders, and the IM8009 makes heavy squatting accessible on a commercial floor.

Answer: Plate-loaded machines are usually priced without plates, but this can vary. Confirm exactly what is included from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We can supply Olympic plates to go with the machine if needed.
