The Aerofit AF-4925 ISO Lateral Shoulder Press is a Defender Series plate-loaded shoulder press machine built for commercial gyms. Independent iso-lateral arms drive an overhead press for balanced shoulder development. Loading standard weight plates on a heavy-duty frame, it delivers smooth, hard-wearing strength training for commercial gyms building shoulders.
Independent-arm pressing lets each shoulder work on its own, so the strong side cannot carry the weak one. The AF-4925 builds even, capped delts.
The Aerofit AF-4925 ISO Lateral Shoulder Press is a plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Aerofit Defender Series. Independent iso-lateral arms drive an overhead press for balanced shoulder development. Each arm presses independently through a natural overhead path, loading the deltoids while keeping the shoulders safe. The Defender Series is Aerofit’s rugged plate-loaded line, built for hard commercial use. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Iso-Lateral Press Arms
Independent pressing arms let each shoulder work through its own range, correcting imbalances and building even, balanced deltoid development.
Natural Overhead Path
A guided, joint-friendly press path targets the deltoids safely and lets members load heavy with confidence.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.
Low-Maintenance Build
With no weight stack, cables or complex mechanisms to wear, the machine needs very little servicing and stays reliable over years of hard commercial use.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack. There is no stack to service, resistance is unlimited by simply adding plates, and many lifters prefer the loaded feel. You supply the plates, or confirm what is included on the live product page.
Question: Is the AF-4925 ISO Lateral Shoulder Press suitable for a commercial gym?
Answer: Yes. As part of the Aerofit Defender Series, the AF-4925 ISO Lateral Shoulder Press is built on a heavy-duty commercial frame for continuous multi-user traffic. It is designed for commercial gyms, hotels, clubs and serious training facilities rather than light home use.
Question: Why choose an iso-lateral shoulder press?
Answer: An iso-lateral shoulder press lets each arm press independently, so the stronger side cannot compensate for the weaker one. This builds balanced deltoids, corrects left-to-right strength differences, and gives a more natural pressing feel than a fixed-bar machine.
Question: Are weight plates included?
Answer: Plate-loaded machines are usually priced without plates, but this can vary. Confirm exactly what is included from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We can supply Olympic plates to go with the machine if needed.
Question: How much space does it need?
Answer: Confirm the exact footprint from the live product page. Plate-loaded machines vary in size, so measure the area and allow clearance for safe loading, unloading and use before installation.
Question: What warranty applies?
Answer: Full Aerofit manufacturer warranty applies, often with extended commercial coverage on the frame. Confirm exact terms from the live product page or by calling Metro Sports. We handle delivery, professional installation and direct after-sales service across North India.
