The Aerofit AF-2988 is a low row station for commercial gym floors. Pulling from a low angle, loading the mid back and lower lats together.
What the AF-2988 Low Row Does
Pulling angle decides which part of the back does the work. A high row hits the upper back and rear delts. A low row from the Single Stations category pulls upward toward the waist, bringing in the lower lats and mid back.
A Strength hub that runs pulling from more than one angle produces members with back development rather than one strong band of muscle. For gyms competing on equipment depth that range is visible to anyone who knows what they are looking at, and those members are usually the ones who renew.
The seated, braced position also means no lower back loading in a position the member cannot control, so the station is usable by more members than a barbell row.
Who the AF-2988 Suits
Commercial gyms building a back zone with multiple pulling angles, including the Aerofit AF-2974 Seated Row. Bodybuilding and strength focused facilities. Larger hotel and corporate gyms. Sports academies and strength facilities needing pulling volume across angles.
