Our products/services are billed with GST and Input can be claimed for the same if the proper billing address & GST Number are provided at the time of placing orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Extra shipping charges apply to orders below Rs. 25,000.
• Free shipping on orders worth Rs. 25,000 and above.

DELIVERY TIME

The duration of dispatch of an order depends on the availability of the items for which you have placed the order. This may fall into the following categories:

Available Stock: Dispatched in 2-3 working days from the date of receiving the order in our system.

Out-of-stock Equipment: We can suggest you either wait for its fresh arrival, choose an alternate item, or cancel the order.

Typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days for Surface Shipping Method.

DELIVERY

Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products during these attempts, the delivery partner reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Estimated delivery time along with Order Summary will be intimated to the customer

Our delivery partner shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if its performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other acts/orders of Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material, and labor, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of our delivery partner.

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails / SMS for such updates.

Also, we shall not be under any obligation to compensate for any financial or physical loss or any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

INSTALLATION & POST SALES SERVICE

Installation Manual / Online Support for Installation through YouTube / Whatsapp or Video Call is provided with most of our Products.

Site Repairs & Service is also provided to Customers during and after the Warranty Period. In that case, Travelling, Food & Lodging cost has to be borne by the Customer.
