What the AF-4301 Compact Prone Leg Curl Does

A leg curl is the correction, and the prone position is what makes it work. Lying face down, the hips are pinned against the pad, so the member cannot lift the hips to cheat the weight up. The knee flexion happens through its proper range or it does not happen at all.
