The Aerofit AF-6507 Rear Kick Machine is a premium plate-loaded commercial strength machine in the Aerofit Hawk Series. It drives a rear kick, or glute kickback, that isolates and builds the glutes. The guided kickback path isolates each glute through a strong contraction while supporting the torso. The Hawk Series is Aerofit’s premium plate-loaded line, engineered for heavy commercial use with a refined feel and a rugged, long-life build. Each machine loads standard Olympic weight plates, so there is no weight stack to service and progression is unlimited.
Premium Plate-Loaded Design
Loads standard Olympic weight plates instead of a weight stack. There is no stack to service, progression is unlimited, and the loaded feel is popular with serious lifters.
Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame
A thick, welded steel frame engineered for continuous multi-user traffic in a busy commercial gym, staying rigid and stable under heavy loads.
Isolated Glute Kickback
A guided rear-kick path isolates the glutes through a strong contraction, building and shaping the muscle with strict, controlled repetitions.
Torso Support
A supportive pad braces the torso so members can focus load on the glutes without swinging or straining the lower back.
Refined, Smooth Movement
Quality bearings and pivots give the Hawk Series a smooth, refined feel through every repetition, which members and trainers notice on a premium gym floor.
Commercial-Grade Upholstery
Durable, sweat-resistant padding on a firm base gives comfortable support and holds up to constant daily use without cracking or flattening.

Question: What does plate-loaded mean?
Answer: Plate-loaded means the machine is loaded with standard Olympic weight plates rather than using a built-in weight stack.
