The Aerofit AF-6225 is a selectorised seated leg curl from the Hurricane Series. It trains the hamstrings from an upright seat, with the load set by a pin in the weight stack.
The Hamstring Half of the Pair
Members love training the front of the thigh and forget the back. A seated leg curl fixes that because it is so easy to use: sit down, lock the thigh pad, curl. It loads the hamstrings with the hips bent, which complements a prone curl.
The live name says it runs on weight stacks, so the load changes with a pin, quickly, between members.
Where the AF-6225 Fits
