The Aerofit AF-4306 is a vertical chest press from the Compact Series. Seated chest pressing with no bar, no rack and no spotter, in a footprint sized for small floors.
What the AF-4306 Compact Vertical Press Does
A chest press machine does the job of a bench press without the bar, the spotter or the setup time. The member sits, selects the load and presses forward along a fixed path. Explore more strength training equipment in our Single Stations category.
On a small floor the space argument decides it. A bench and rack combination needs clearance on all sides plus room for a spotter to stand. A vertical press takes roughly the footprint of the seat and the stack. In a 1,200 square foot studio that difference is the difference between fitting a chest station and not having one. Explore our Strength hub for more strength training options.
It also removes the single biggest safety concern in an unstaffed gym, which is a member pinned under a loaded bar with nobody nearby.
Who the AF-4306 Suits
Residential society gyms and corporate gyms with no trainer on the floor, where a free weight bench press is a real liability. Hotel gyms. Studios and small commercial facilities that need chest pressing capacity without dedicating floor space to benches. Rehabilitation setups needing controlled upper body pressing. The Aerofit AF-4304 Compact Shoulder Press can also be considered for additional upper body training.
