The Aerofit AF-5206 Split Move Decline Bench is a decline chest press machine: it presses on a downward angle to emphasise the lower chest.
What a Decline Chest Press Machine Does
A decline press pushes on a downward angle, like a decline bench press, which shifts the work to the lower chest and lets many lifters move heavier loads with less shoulder strain. On a machine there is no bar to unrack or control at an awkward angle.
It completes the chest zone: flat (Aerofit AF-5202 Split Move Chest Press), incline (Aerofit AF-5204 Split Move Incline Chest Press) and decline.
Where the AF-5206 Fits
Bodybuilding and premium gyms with a complete chest zone. Experienced memberships that train chest more than once a week.
