Aerofit AF-3508 Seated Leg Curl – (SO)

The Aerofit AF-3508 is a seated leg curl for commercial gym floors. Upright hamstring loading through a controlled range, in a mid-price commercial station.

What the AF-3508 Seated Leg Curl Does

A seated leg curl trains the hamstrings with the hips flexed rather than extended, changing the length the muscle works at compared with a prone curl. Both are useful. The seated version is what most members will actually use, because getting in and out takes seconds and feels normal in a busy room.

That matters more than it sounds. Hamstrings are the most under-trained muscle group on an Indian gym floor, because compound lower body stations load the quads harder. In a Strength hub, the correction only works if the station gets used, and a seated curl gets used.

At this price the AF-3508 sits below the Aerofit AF-2978 Seated Leg Curl without dropping to a domestic build, making it a sensible pick for a floor that needs the movement covered but has the budget allocated elsewhere.
