The Aerofit AF-3507 is a rotary torso station for the core zone. Resisted trunk rotation through a controlled arc, loading the obliques in a plane most gym equipment ignores.
What the AF-3507 Rotary Torso Does
Almost every machine on a gym floor works in one plane: forward and back, or up and down. Rotation is the plane nothing trains, and it is the one most sports and most daily movement actually happen in.
A rotary torso station loads trunk rotation against resistance through a controlled arc. The obliques work against a weight you can select and progress, which is more than can be said for the Russian twists members do badly on a mat.
In a Strength hub the core zone is usually the thinnest part of the equipment list, and it is the zone members ask about most. The Aerofit AF-270 AB Coaster complements a rotation station, making that zone look and function like the rest of the floor.
Who the AF-3507 Suits
Commercial gyms seeking equipment in the Single Stations category beyond mats and a bench. Sports academies and strength and conditioning facilities, particularly for rotational sports such as cricket, golf, tennis and combat sports. Hotel, corporate and society gyms. Physiotherapy setups working under professional supervision.
